1. Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive the wrong product, a defective item, or something completely different from your order, you're eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges.
What you need: Just provide us with a photo of the product as proof.
Refund method: Refund to your original payment method.
2. Size Not Right
If the product doesn’t fit, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!
For orders below ₹700:
• A ₹50 fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued to your store wallet.
• Free exchanges are available.
For orders above ₹700:
No deduction, and you’ll receive a full refund to your store wallet or enjoy a free exchange.
3. Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer need the product, we understand!
• A ₹100 fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Refund method: You can choose to receive the refund in store credit or back to your original payment method.
