Returns & Refunds & Exchange

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivered unfortunately we can’t offer a exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Process to Raise Returns

To return, you need to raise a return request from the account. You have to select the order you want to return and raise return request.

After return request is raised, a reverse pickup will be made from our end and once the shipment is received your refund will be made to your sagekart wallet.

Refunds

We do have refund policy which are as below:

• If the return is meeting our returns eligibility conditons a complete refund to sagekart wallet will be issued.

• If the return reasons are from other reasons, We will allow refund to sagekart wallet after deduction of shipping charges.

Cancellation

Once we have received the order cancellation depends on the below conditions,

Cancellation can be done in these situations:

• If the order is prepaid and cancellation is requested before dispatch.

• Refund to account/wallet will be issued to you of complete amount including shipping.

• If the order is cash on delivery and cancellation is requested before dispatch.

Cancellation can not be done in these situations:

• If the order is any prepaid or cash on delivery and cancellation is requested after dispatch, in transist or out for delivery.

  • In case of prepaid orders, Refund to account/wallet will be made after deduction of shipping charges.
  • In cash on delivery orders, our system analyses the higher return addresses and marks that non eligible for better deals and discounts. We know this seems demotivating. However we appreciate understanding of our customers on the shipping and delivery charges.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please raise a exchange request from portal.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

Non Returnable Products

Accessories like books, clutches, handbags, notebooks, masks, scrunchies and few others are non returnable or exchangeable categories hence can not be exchanged or returned. Such products will be having return eligibility badges..

Depending on where you live, the time it may take a while for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
