WE DON’T HAVE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Why we do not have returns and refund policy ?

Just like other e-commerce companies we are not backed by investors who put chunk of funds to revive in businesses. We are running setup for fair trade marketplace for both buyers & sellers. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

What about the return i have to make ?

You can send the return to us and we will happily issue a credit note for the same regards which you can use in next purchase. In case you don’t wanna shop with us any more. We will refund your money after deducting the valid costs in the particular transaction of whose details will be shared to you.

But We do allow exchanges.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivered unfortunately we can’t offer a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All Our products are non-returnable.

However we do accept exchanges and issue credit note as well

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We do not have any refund policy however we will issue you a credit note for your returned order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted : (if applicable)

The ordered product is not in stock even after placing a order & you have paid for it.
Cancellation

Once we have received the order and payment is confirmed, We don’t do cancellation as the stock with us remains in limited stock and once the same is booked we can’t do the changes. We request you to contact us for the same if possible we will need to confirm the authorities for cancellation request and same equivalent credit will be generated for your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We accept exchanges only and if the exchange is due to complete different product or defective/damaged reason we will accept the reverse and forward charges but in case the reason is different the charges are to be borne by the customer only..

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable just like products.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take a while for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2000 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
