But We do allow exchanges for stitched products.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order delivered unfortunately we can’t offer a exchange.
WE DON’T HAVE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All Our products are non-returnable.
However we do accept exchanges.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not have any refund policy however we will issue you a credit note for your returned order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted on which decision is solely by management only.
The ordered product is not in stock even after placing a order & you have paid for it..
• Sometimes actual product color may look slightly different from image, Which is due to various photography conditions. We request you to connect us for any clarifications. Any further claims on it won’t be entertained.
• Any sort of shipping charges are non refundable.
Once we have received the order and payment is confirmed, We don’t do cancellation as the stock with us remains in limited stock and once the same is booked we can’t do the changes. We request you to contact us for the same if possible we will need to confirm the authorities for cancellation request and same equivalent credit will be generated for your account.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.
To exchange your product, you should raise a return request to our support.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable just like products.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take a while for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2000 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
