Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order delivered unfortunately we can’t offer a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Invoice is mandatory for returns procedding.

• If the exchange reason is from size change required, different color required logistics charges will be applicable and are borne by customers.
• If the exchange reason is from size change required due to wrong size received, different color received or faulty product receive logistics charges will be borne by sagekart.

We do not have any refund policy. Which means we can’t do refunds for the orders placed on our website.
There are certain situations where only partial & full refunds are granted : (if applicable)

Once we have dispatched the order, We don’t do cancellation as the stock with us remains in limited stock and once the same is shipped we can’t do the cancellation. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you wish for return or exchange the same policies are applicable for it as well.
